1. Summary report "For the boss"

The purpose of this report is to inform about the state of the SEO parameters and the work done on the site in the most concise and concise form. Business (website) owners are usually busy people and do not have the time / desire to understand the technical intricacies of SEO promotion. Nevertheless, it is important for such people to understand what they spend their money on by paying for website promotion.

It takes a few seconds to view a table of 10 parameters. If all indicators are displayed in black it means that there are no changes compared to the previous audit. 2. Detailed report

In this report, all information is presented in as much detail as possible. With the exception of the site display, this report duplicates and refines the information of the PDF report.

The page called "Summary" contains all the numerical indicators obtained from all audit results for the last 3 months. Each page is a separate informational or error list. The transition to the list of interest is possible by clicking on its name or opening the page in the standard way for MS Excel. A quick return to the "Pivot" can be done by the link "xxxxx Pivot" located in the upper left corner (cell A1) of each page.

The "Errors" section contains only those checked parameters that were found on the site. Those. if there are no img tag errors on the checked resource, then this error will not appear in the report list.

3. Competitor Analysis

Provided by keywords entered using the Telegram bot, up to 10 words. The report contains 2 pages "links" and "sites". The first one, respectively, contains information about the TOP10 pages for each request, indicating the position of the site being checked. For each page in the TOP10, the number of words and photos on the page is shown, as well as the percent of occurrence of keywords.

The "Sites" page shows how many times this or that resource got into the TOP10 for all the key phrases we checked, as well as information general for the site: - age; -the amount of Google content; - the number of donors and donor links; - "pumped up" social networks.

4. Sitemap.xml

We generate this file only for checked sites for which our complex was able to get a complete list of unique internal links. Thus, the resulting file contains all internal links (without GET parameters). Whether to use a file generated by us or use plugins of the site engine - the decision is yours.

There are many subtleties of writing sites, one of them is how filters for online stores are written. If each of the filters creates a new link to the product page, then it is impossible to get a complete list of internal links by iteration. In this case, we check the site using the sitemap.xml file located at the root of the site, created by a plugin that "understands" the engine of the online store. In this situation, the task of installing the plugin and placing the sitemap.xml file in the root of the site falls on the owner (programmer) of the site being checked.
With the specified method of applying filters on the online store and the absence of the sitemap.xml file, the issue of refunding the full amount paid for our services is discussed with the customer.

Both factors (specific formation of links by filters and the absence of an up-to-date sitemap file) in total, leading to the impossibility of checking the site by our algorithms, are in themselves negative from the point of view of SEO promotion. Firstly, filters "spawning" links to the same products exponentially run counter to the concept of "Uniqueness", when there should be only one unique link on the site for the same material (article, product group, product). Secondly, the absence of a sitemap at its root is a serious and gross mistake of the SEO.
